Anxiety

“Life is a choice. Anxiety is not a choice. Either way you go, you will have problems and pain.

So your choice here is not about whether or not to have anxiety.

Your choice is whether or not to live a meaningful life.”

~ Steven C. Hayes

Psychologist NH | NH Psychologist | AnxietyAnxiety is a normal reaction to stress. Anxiety actually helps us deal with a tense situation at home or in the office, study harder for an exam, or keep focused on an important speech. In general, it helps us cope. But when anxiety becomes an excessive, irrational dread of everyday situations, it can be a disabling problem.

The anxiety disorders I have an expertise and experience dealing with are:

Posttraumatic Stress

Generalized Anxiety

Panic

Obsessive-Compulsive

Social Anxiety

Phobias/Fears
